What we collect

When you book the free Revenue Leak Scan, Cal.com collects your name, email, phone number, and the store URL you enter in the booking questions, on our behalf. When you email us, we keep the thread. We never collect or store card data.

Analytics

We use PostHog to see which parts of this site people read, which buttons they click, and which JavaScript errors they hit. It runs in cookieless mode: no cookie, no identifier stored on your device, no session recording, no heatmaps. Nothing you type into the booking form reaches it.

How we use it

To run the scan and the call you booked, to send service updates about Clawback, and to fix what breaks. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone except the processors that run this site: Cal.com for scheduling, PostHog for analytics, and Vercel for hosting. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request goes to a third party just for loading the page.

Client data, when the desk opens

Store and payment connections use read-only tokens, stored encrypted, and revoked the same day you cancel. The public index publishes anonymized aggregates only. Your brand name never appears without written consent.
