What Clawback is

Clawback is a document and filing service, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, and nothing on this site is legal advice. When we file on your behalf, we act as your authorized agent under a letter of authorization you sign, and you can revoke it at any time.

How filings work

No submission goes out without your approval, either a click per case or a standing approval you set. We do not file weak claims: if the evidence is not there, we will tell you and decline to file.

Pricing

Plans are flat and published on the pricing section of the home page. No success fees, no per-alert markup, no annual lock-in, cancel monthly. Pre-dispute alerts pass through at reseller cost, shown on the invoice.

The guarantee

If recovered and protected value in your first 90 days is below two times the fees you paid, month four is free.

Outcomes

Platforms and banks decide the results of filings and disputes. We guarantee the work and the process described here, not any specific outcome beyond the 90-day guarantee above.
